Software-as-a-Service on EPM Partners’ Microsoft Azure farm
Hosted on your own infrastructure

Support: A level-two application support service to resolve issues and manage incidents raised by the PPM administrator.
Administration: This is the day-to-day administration and maintenance service of the solution. The service covers the maintenance of user accounts, security model changes, documentation, system fine-tuning, usage recommendations and level-one support.
Training: On-site business and technical training to up-skill users, or refresh their knowledge and skills. For all users – Project Managers, Team Members, Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, Resource Managers and Executives, and of course, for the PMO team.
Monitoring: Regular monitoring of system usage and data quality to ensure that the system is being used as intended. Monitoring will identify variances from the customer’s portfolio, program and project management processes, standards and plans.
Change Management: Onsite-delivered services that ensure successful user-adoption of the PPM tool. Senior consultants, often using Monitoring information, will preach the PMO message, encourage user engagement, verify PMO cycles are happening, synchronise user roles and processes, and deliver one-on-one coaching as required for project managers, executives, resource managers and team members.
