Contract

  • Minimum 3 month contract, then month-to-month
  • 5% discount for 6 months commitment with full advanced payment
  • 10% discount for 12 month commitment with full advanced payment

Payment terms

  • Initial invoice: set-up costs plus 3 months monthly fees
  • Subsequent invoices: monthly fees in advance of period
  • Payment in advance of service delivery

Service provision

  • Within 5 days of order placement or 10 days where dedicated servers are required

System Management Services

  • 24 x 7 infrastructure monitoring/maintenance
  • 8/5 service availability support. Note that application support is provided under a separate EPM Partners Support Services Agreement (http://www.epmpartners.com.au/support/)

Backup and Disaster Recovery

  • The architecture is based on clustered SQL tier, distributed to two separate physical locations
  • Full redundancy
  • No single point of failure
  • Daily off-site backups of all data (projects, views, risks, issues, documents, etc.)
  • A live, separate replica site for disaster recovery (DR) and offsite backup

Security and Encryption of Data

  • All data transmitted across the Internet is 4096bit SSL secured using GeoTrust security certificates.
  • All backed-up data is encrypted to disk with the master keys kept securely offsite.
  • All customer configurations and metadata (including search indexes) are compartmentalised using multi-tenancy architecture.

Data Ownership

  • Title over the data (project data, views, risks, issues, documents, etc.,) rests with customer: a copy of weekly backed-up data can be downloaded upon request
