The implementation of a Microsoft Project Server solution introduces many changes, developments and improvements to an organisation's project management processes - including changes to culture, execution, methodology and administration.  To assist in this, EPM Partners is able to offer expertise and industry best-practices in bringing about such change.

With EPM Partners' Outsource service, experienced consultants are embedded within the client's organisation to provide an at-hand support function across all aspects of the implementation.

Being in-situ allows them to understand and experience the culture, political climate and projects delivery processes within the organisation - to assist in ensuring that the tool supports the project management structure, that users are comfortable, and that the anticipated value is achieved from the EPM system investment.

Specifically, EPM Partners' consultants, who have a strong knowledge of project management processes, will support customers' project teams by:

• Providing administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO) manager
• Producing key management reports, master schedule development and maintenance, high-level risk and issues reporting and follow up, and other administrative/other tasks - as required
• Tracking, creating and publishing project metric reports
• Maintain and develop the PMO's Microsoft Project Server-based Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool
• Coordinate the updating and reporting of projects' and programs' critical risks/issues and any associated actions
• Scheduling, coordinating and delivering structured training courses
• Providing ad-hoc training, mentoring and one-on-one user assistance - as required
• Creating and updating new/existing templates & processes
• Creating and maintaining program-level and portfolio-level resource tracking
