Dedicated Server Hosting

EPM Partners offers a dedicated server hosting option without long-term contracts. "Dedicated" means that EPM Partners hosts the required solution servers and infrastructure exclusively for an individual customer.

Some common reasons why a dedicated hosting option might be desirable include:

  • Integration is required between the EPM system and other in-house systems - such as MS Exchange, MS Visual Studio TFS, financial systems and MS Directory Services
  • Dedicated hardware and physical separation are required

EPM Partners' Dedicated Server Hosting service is available for as little as $1,450 per month plus $59 per user per month - on a minimum 3 month contract. A one-off $1,800 set-up fee is also charged.

Shared Server Hosting

EPM Partners also offers a shared server hosting option - again without the lock in of long-term contracts.

Reasons why customers consider shared server hosting:

  • Fast deployment required
  • Excellent for proof-of-concept, trial and pilot system deployments
  • Variable user numbers
  • Work-around for temporary/long-term infrastructure conflicts

Customers can be up and running with a market-leading Microsoft Project Server Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system within a few days for just $69 per user per month. A one-off $1,800 set-up fee is also charged.

Some Notes

  • You can use your own local copies of Microsoft Project Professional to write project plans and work breakdown structures to hosted Project Server.
  • Monthly charges are billed on the first day of each month, based on the total number of individual users connected to the solution at any point in the previous month.
  • Once up and running with EPM Partners' On-Demand service, you only pay for the users that use the system each month.
  • 10GB data storage is included. Additional storage space is available at an additional monthly charge
