Well trained users are essential to the successful deployment of a Microsoft Project Server solution.  EPM Partners responds to users' different knowledge requirements by structuring training either by role or by function (see the table below).

EPM Partners delivers training in two ways:

Onsite Training  Based on either standard training outlines or outlines customised to specific requirements, Onsite Training allows users to develop Microsoft Project Server skills at their workplace.  EPM Partners will create a training environment (using onsite or EPM Partners' lab infrastructure) to replicate the specific product configurations used by the customer organisation.  This results in a training experience that matches the real life use of the applications. Public Class Room  Class room learning presents an opportunity to "cross-pollinate" by sharing experiences, methods and ideas with Microsoft Project Serve users from other organisations, and with EPM Partners' experienced instructors.

EPM Partners' partnership with Dimension Data Learning Solutions allows Microsoft Project Serve training services to be delivered in all Australian capital cities.

The below table outlines EPM Partners' training services and identifies the functions typically covered in role-based training.  By selecting the functions that are required by each role, a training outline can be created that includes training in the applications that each user requires.
