Darren Deason has almost two decades experience in various IT consulting roles both locally and overseas. During this time he has focused on promoting, architecting, delivering and supporting Microsoft technologies in both business and technical capacities. He has extensive technical project management and leadership experience on project teams across several industries and geographies.

He has proven capabilities in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. He currently performs the role of a Microsoft virtual Technology Specialist (v-TSP), where he represents Microsoft in assisting in Project Server and SharePoint pre-sales activities. Darren is also involved in the community as the current president of the Melbourne chapter of the Microsoft Project User Group (MPUG).
