How to View all Deliverables in Microsoft Project Professional

Posted By Posted by: Peter Williams on September 17, 2014

Due to a schedule having many deliverables, it isn’t possible to select some of the deliverables to edit. For example, after clicking on the Manage Deliverables button (Task toolbar >> Deliverables >> Manage Deliverable) in the sample schedule shown below, despite the schedule having over 50 deliverables, only 26 are listed in the pane. The command links toward the bottom of the pane overlapping across the deliverables listing.

To overcome this problem, select any deliverable and chose Edit Deliverable from the context menu.

Then click on the “back” link.

A scroll bar should now be presented on the right hand side.

Alternatively, you can try sliding the divider bar to widen the deliverables pane and ensure the Page Results option is enabled in the Sort By dialogue box. You can then navigate pages of listed results by clicking on the very small right arrow (aka next page) towards the bottom of the listed results.

As always we hope you find this post useful.
