How to edit the PWA Home Page Reminders

Recently I was asked the question how to modify the reminders webpart on the Project Web Access home page. You may find that within your Project Server solution that you are not using certain functionality (for example timesheeting or status reporting)

Follow the steps below to understand how to modify the “Reminders” webpart.

  1. Log on to PWA home with Administrator Access
  2. Click on the drop down arrow in the top right hand corner and choose “edit webpart”

3.   In the “Reminders” webpart on the right hand side of the screen navigate down to the “Project Web App” section. Expand the section and then choose the appropriate options by selecting the checkbox to hide or make visible reminders.

 

4.   Click OK to save and return to the PWA Home Page
