Requesting Access to the Support Site

  1. Open Internet Explorer and browse to:-
    a) https://support.epmondemand.com.au/ (for EPMonDemand customers) or
    b) https://support.epmpartners.com.au/ (for On-Premise customers with an EPM Partners application support agreement).A redirection to a Microsoft Authentication website occurs.

    Log in using your Microsoft account credentials. If you do not have a Microsoft account, please refer to blog article Creating a Microsoft Account for assistance.

  2. After signing in, a form is displayed requesting information on why permission to the Support Site is required.Fill in all the fields. The mandatory fields are the email address and name fields. The email address must be your business email address.

    Click on Submit.

  3. An information page is displayed indicating your request is awaiting approval. Click on the Sign Out link.
    Once the request is approved a notification email is sent to the user.
